TO APPLY
Applications for admittance to Wyoming Valley Family Medicine Residency Program will be accepted only through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). For information regarding this process, contact your dean's office. You can find information at the ERAS Website. The ERAS office phone number is (202) 828-0413.
For osteopathic and US allopathic graduates, the following must be submitted to the ERAS:
- Application
- Dean's letter
- Official medical school transcript
- Three letters of reference
- Official USMLE or COMLEX transcript with a minimum successful completion of Step 1.
For international graduates, in addition to the above information, preference is given to applicants with the following:
- US clinical experience
- Graduation from medical school within the last seven years
- Successful completion of all USMLE steps with a grade of 80 or above (official transcript required)
Visa sponsorship is considered on an individual basis.
All applications must be received by December 31.
